Enkela completed the dual-degree Bachelor of Architecture / Master of Science with a concentration in Construction Management program at NJIT in 2011.  As an undergraduate she became involved in Team New Jersey - the NJIT/Rutgers submission to the Dept. of Energy’s 2011 Solar Decathlon, acting initially as an architectural designer then as project manager and a logistics planner - while completing her graduate degree. Enkela is a diligent and resourceful registered architect with over 12 years of work experience in the industry, 8 of which in management experience. Outstanding communication, leadership, and organizational skills that enhance service delivery and efficiency in overall company performance. Enkela listens closely as she guides both clients and the office through the design process; the collaboration results in both sides learning about each other and getting smarter together. 

While diligently performing to the highest standards, Enkela has been also an adjunct instructor of Modes of Communication and Intro to Design (I & II) class at NJIT for over a decade. Throughout her professional career, Enkela has compiled an remarkable portfolio of work including academic, hospitality, retail, data centers and residential practice areas.
