Patrick began his career in high-end residential works and evolved to work on a vast array of architectural programs and requirements. His entrepreneurial abilities began with the development of a visualizations company at the age of eighteen in his first year at NJIT, from which he holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree. Further development of construction and site management abilities advanced while working as a staff designer for a New Jersey based construction and land development firm. As a cost estimator and construction manager consulting for New Jersey Transit and MVP2 Construction LLC. Patrick’s skills and experience have given him the opportunity to design, construct, and coordinate multi-million-dollar infrastructure and community works. Patrick maintains a keen awareness and skillset in areas of historic rehabilitation and adaptive reuse project. Currently Architect of five National and State Registered Historic Projects, three of which are on the endangered list.
Throughout his professional career, Patrick has compiled an impressive portfolio of work the commercial, hospitality, retail and residential practice areas. His projects range from renovation projects of all sizes to major new developments.
